Return & Refund Policy

At Evolving Life Design LLC, we value clarity, integrity, and intentional commitment. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing any product or service through www.evolvinglifedesign.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital Products (No Returns)

Due to the digital nature of our productsā€”including downloads, audio programs, courses, and other digital materialsā€”all sales are final.

Once access is granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products.

2. Coaching Calls (No Refunds)

All coaching calls are non-refundable.

To ensure the highest quality experience, we ask that you arrive fully present and prepared for your scheduled call.

Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule one (1) time only per coaching call

  • Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled call will be considered a forfeited session

Missed calls, late arrivals, or failure to attend without proper notice are not eligible for refunds or additional rescheduling.

3. Community Calls & Live Experiences

Community calls and live group experiences are also non-refundable, whether attended live or accessed via replay (if available).

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Evolving Life Design LLC, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services or products delivered in accordance with this policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revocation of access to current and future offerings.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may review requests at our sole discretion. Any exceptions granted do not set a precedent for future purchases.
